Tim Orscheln

Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Tim Orscheln is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate professional based in Arizona, with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. He currently serves as the CEO of HomeLyfe, an equity maintenance company dedicated to assisting homeowners in preserving and enhancing the value of their properties. Tim’s diverse experiences and innovative approach have established him as a notable figure in Arizona’s business community and e has spent the last 30 years developing companies within the textile, food & beverage, real estate, hospitality, residential & commercial roofing and the home services industry.

Born and raised in Moberly Missouri, Tim attended Chaminade College Preparatory School in St. Louis and studied business at Arizona State University.

Tim shares his life with his wife, Darlesa, and their cherished dog, Patrick. Together, they enjoy entertaining in their home, celebrating their love of great food, and embracing the vibrant lifestyle of the Southwest. A passionate golfer, Tim has a deep appreciation for championship-level play, and he and Darlesa are avid Kansas City Chiefs fans, often traveling to KC for the Chief Home games at Arrowhead.

Above all, Tim treasures quality time with his three children, grandchild, and a close circle of family and friends, making personal connections and community the cornerstone of his life.

Luis Santillan is the Vice President of Sales and a proud partner at HomeLyfe. Growing up in a hardworking immigrant family instilled in him the values of perseverance and dedication, shaping both his professional and personal journey.

An Arizona college graduate, Luis has built a strong foundation in business and leadership, bringing his skills and values to HomeLyfe. Beyond his professional role, Luis takes great pride in being a devoted husband and father. His family is his greatest inspiration, and he strives to provide for them while balancing his professional and personal life.

Outside of work, Luis enjoys staying active, spending time with family, and contributing to his community through home projects and local initiatives. At HomeLyfe, he is passionate about mentoring the team, driving success for the company, and making a positive impact on the clients and communities they serve.

Specializing in both commercial and residential roofing, Christopher excels in business development, strategic planning, and team building, consistently driving market expansion and profitability.

As the Managing Partner at Warner Enterprises, LLC,  Christopher has successfully spearheaded business start-ups, managed large-scale projects, and cultivated strong client relationships. Notable achievements include leading complex projects for high-profile clients like Best Buy and Arizona State University Library, utilizing innovative materials such as Go Nano spray-on nano silica.

Recognized for a detail-oriented and entrepreneurial approach, Christopher ensures quality and safety while meeting strict deadlines and project milestones. Skilled in sales, proposal development, and social media marketing, Christopher also brings extensive experience in team training, networking, and client relationship management.

Her family’s home was destroyed by a tornado, and witnessing her father’s struggle to rebuild without insurance deeply shaped her commitment to helping others navigate similar challenges.

With a professional background in the non-profit sector and extensive expertise in insurance claims and adjusting, Dani is dedicated to guiding clients through some of the most difficult times of their lives. She understands the complexities of insurance policies and timelines, and she’s on a mission to ensure that homeowners get the coverage they deserve.

Kaila Addington is joining us as our new Commercial Accounts Manager for the West Valley!

Kaila brings with her a strong background in sales, marketing, community relations, property management, and project oversight. Most recently, she served as Director of Community Relations at MorningStar Arrowhead, where she successfully grew their portfolio from 56% to 75%. Prior to that, she was Director of Property Management at Venture REI, where she expanded the property portfolio by 66% and led multiple teams through training and development initiatives—driving operational standards and consistent growth, even internationally.

Her experience also includes leadership roles with Wedgewood Homes & Brewer and Stratton, where she managed large-scale renovation projects and oversaw more than 400 income-producing properties. With a degree in Business from ASU and certifications in negotiation and real estate, Kaila brings a strategic and people-focused approach to everything she does.

Anthony Horan boasts a remarkable 20-year career in direct sales, excelling in both home and commercial sales. His professional journey has taken him across diverse landscapes, living in Arizona, Iowa, Texas, Colorado, South Dakota, and even internationally.

Anthony champions the philosophy of Positive Win-Win Situations, a principle that has guided his efforts in building successful sales teams, including specialized Door-to-Door teams. His commitment to fostering mutually beneficial relationships is evident in his dynamic approach to sales leadership.

Family is at the heart of Anthony‘s life. He is happily married to LaToria, and together they have four wonderful children. The Horan family shares a love for travel, exploring both the country and the world. One of their cherished traditions is an annual vacation to Cancun, where they create lasting memories.
