Location: Phoenix Metro Area
Job Type: Full-Time | 100% Commission-Based | Hybrid


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Generation – Identify and generate 50+ qualified leads per month through door-   to-door canvassing, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Appointment Setting – Book at least 10 appointments per week with potential clients to discuss roofing solutions.
  • Sales & Closing – Maintain a strong closing ratio of 25-30% on scheduled appointments.
  • Revenue Growth – Contribute to a monthly sales goal of $50K+ in residential and commercial roofing projects.
  • Customer Engagement & Referrals – Provide outstanding service to secure at least 3 customer referrals per completed sale.
  • Follow-Up & Pipeline Management – Ensure a 90%+ follow-up rate on all leads and opportunities.
  • Compliance & Professionalism – Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical sales practices while representing the company in a professional manner.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with the VP of Sales and other team members to ensure company sales goals are met and exceeded.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience – 1-3 years in B2C/B2B sales, roofing, home improvement, or related industries.
  • Vehicle & Insurance – Must have a reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance.
  • Education – High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Self-Starter Mentality – Highly motivated to prospect and build relationships from scratch.
  • Strong Communication – Ability to educate and close deals with homeowners and business owners.
  • Goal-Oriented – Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  •  Resilience & Drive – Comfortable with door-to-door sales and working in a hybrid role (field and remote work).
  • Basic Technology Skills – Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be familiar with Google Drive.
  • Team Player – Work closely with the VP of Sales and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

 

Compensation:

  • 100% Commission-Based – Unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials, tools, or supplies.
  • Must follow and abide by all Safety standards and regulations, from HomeLyfe or jobsite.
  • Apply adhesives, caulking, sealants, or coating.
  • Climb ladders, scaffolding, or stairs.
  • Cut, shape, fit, or join construction materials together.
  • Build or repair roofing assemblies according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Installation of singly-ply membrane application.
  • Move or fit heavy objects.
  • Clean or clear working areas.
  • Loading and unloading of materials and/or roof/ground equipment.
  • Repair cracks, defects, or damages of installed building material.
  • Attend training to keep up with current Industry Standards and installation of various products.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years roofing experience
  • Trade certificates or licenses a plus
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and local codes
  • Knowledge and skills in use of roofing tools and material
  • Able to lift 100 lbs.
  • Balance in an unstable position.
  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Positive work ethic.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Knowledge of basic reading & writing skills.
  • Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-hire criminal background check & drug screening.
